之前有提到,熬夜会导致车祸风险提高,因为睡眠不足。那么睡眠不足如何导致车祸呢?

事实上,当一个睡眠不足的人在开车时,他在驾车的状态就犹如一名醉汉在驾车般危险,因为会一直想要合上眼睛休息。

有研究显示,睡眠每次都少过7个小时,车祸风险会提高3倍,尤其是值夜班的人,容易在驾车时入睡,这个风险会高过值日班的人,因为值夜班的人在中医的观点上看来都是在熬夜。

现代的人都往往会有睡眠不足的状态。睡房应该尽量要在安静与黑暗的环境才能快速入眠,而室温要保持在18度至24度之间。

现代的人应该培养良好的睡眠习惯,例如:保持规律的就寝时间、入睡前放松身体,避免有太大的压力、睡前2个小时避免做激烈的运动、睡前避免吃喝一些影响睡眠的食品(咖啡)等。

当一个人在睡觉时,是让人体有休息的时间。虽然身体是在睡眠中休息,但身体还是处于动态的状态中。这些状态,包括:

① 睡眠有助将人脑里的电力和化学物质加以调整;

② 睡眠期间,人体会分泌出成长素,以促使婴儿和儿童成长变高;

③ 睡眠能修复与促进新骨骼、骨肉和神经细胞的成长。

所以,小编希望大家真的要培养早睡的习惯噢,如果没有必要,就尽量不要熬夜噢😊

Accidents

Staying up late will result in lack of sleep and this in turn will increase the risk of accidents. How does lack of sleep lead to accidents?

In fact, when a sleepy person is driving, he probably cannot concentrate because he has to close his eyes to rest every now and then.

A study showed that, accidents will increase three folds if a person sleeps less than 7 hours daily, especially those who work night shifts. The risk of accidents will be higher than those who work during the day.

Most people nowadays do not have enough sleep. To ensure quality sleep, the bedroom should be quiet and dark and the room temperature should be between 18 degrees and 24 degrees.

We should develop a good sleeping habit. For example, keep a regular bedtime and relax before going to bed. Avoid stress and strenuous exercise 2 hours before bedtime. Refrain from eating and drinking foods that will affect your sleep (e.g. coffee).

When a person is asleep, his body is resting, however, certain activities are still going on in his brain. For example:

1. The electricity and chemicals in the human brain are being regulated during sleep;

2. The growth hormone is secreted during sleep to help the growth of babies and children;

3. The repair and growth of new bones, flesh and nerve cells are enhanced during sleep.

So, it is advisable to develop the habit of going to bed early. If unnecessary, do not stay up late.
