不得已的熬夜却导致了黑眼圈?!向黑眼圈说拜拜!

你知道黑眼圈是什么吗?那黑眼圈又是怎样形成的呢?

黑眼圈是由于眼睛周围的微血管较多,造成眼部的皮肤血管血流动速度过于缓慢,而形成滞流;眼部组织供氧不足,血管中的代谢废物积累过多,造成眼部色素沉着。

熬夜会使眼皮无法休息。因此,熬夜、睡眠不足、眼睛疲劳等因素,都会造成氧气消耗量提高,造成眼部组织供氧不足。

如何消除黑眼圈?

加速眼部血液循环

将冰面巾敷在眼睛上,过后再换上热面巾敷在眼睛上,冷热交替5次(敷了冷面巾,再敷热面巾算1次),促使血液循环。温馨提醒:热毛巾温度请勿过高,以免烫伤皮肤而导致肤质老化。

小编建议还是不要再熬夜,不然黑眼圈会看起来脸色苍白、憔悴噢😊

What are dark circles? How are they formed?

Dark circles are formed because of the micrangium found around the eyes. It makes the blood vessels around the eyes flow slowly. When the tissues around the eyes are short of oxygen, the metabolic wastes in the blood vessels accumulate, causing pigmentation of the eyes.

Staying up late makes the eyelids unable to rest. Therefore, lack of sleep and eyestrain will increase oxygen consumption, causing inadequate supply of oxygen to the eyes.

How to eliminate dark circles?

Accelerate blood circulation around the eyes

Apply a cold towel on the eyes, followed by hot towel. Do this alternatively for 5 times. This will promote blood circulation. Make sure that the temperature of the hot towel is not too high as it might scald the skin and lead to skin aging.

Do not stay up late or the black circles around your eyes will make you look pale and haggard.
