人在日常生活中,需要保证每天都有7个小时的睡眠时间,否则这会影响身体的健康并且导致睡眠不足。睡眠不足会影响身体健康的包括,脾气容易变得暴躁、车祸风险高、免疫力下降(容易生病)等。今天我们要谈的影响是脾气暴躁。

有研究发现,睡眠不足会严重影响一个人的情绪。睡眠不足会干扰人体生物节律,造成体内内分泌紊乱。每个人都应该要确保自己有充足的睡眠,这样才能有很好的精神状态,也能让自己的脾气保持温和平静。

当人在专注做着一件事情时,意外地被干扰或打断,会产生一些负面的情绪。如果睡眠不足,这些负面情绪会被放大。

当然,熬夜是一件很难避免的事情,所以小编在这里要提供几种可以帮助改善不良情绪的食物。

1. 烦躁的人需要多吃一些含有钙和磷的食物,例如:花生、牛奶、大豆、鲜橙、葡萄、蛋类、土豆等,而且要吃得清淡,不可吃辛辣或是重口味的东西。

2. 脾气暴躁的人需要多吃一些能补充钙质和蛋白质的食物,例如:海产品(贝、蟹、虾、海带),各类豆类(绿豆、大豆、扁豆等)

We should ensure we have enough sleep so that we have a healthy mental state and a mild and calm temperament.

When a person is disturbed while trying to focus on doing something, he will produce some negative emotions. If he lacks sleep, the negative emotions will be amplified.

However, it is difficult to avoid staying up late. So, here I would like to recommend some foods that can help to get rid of your unhealthy emotions.

1. If you feel fidgety, you should eat foods containing calcium and phosphorus. For example, peanut, milk, soybean, oranges, grapes, eggs, potatoes, etc. Avoid spicy food.

2. People who are hot-tempered should eat more foods containing calcium and protein. For example, seafood (shellfish, crabs, prawns, seaweeds) and different types of legumes (green bean, soy bean, etc.).
